DEX (Delta)
Swap routing and hedging execution.
DEX is the trading layer. Given orders from Engine 04 (Rebalance), it routes swaps across DEX aggregators (1inch, Paraswap, Odos, KyberSwap), executes hedges on perp markets where Boost needs delta-neutralisation, and ensures every fill respects the vault's slippage budget.
What it does
The capabilities this engine contributes to the vildX system.
Quotes 1inch, Paraswap, Odos, and KyberSwap in parallel; chooses the best net-of-gas execution.
Hard-caps slippage at vault-tier limits (5 bps Prime, 15 bps Frontier, 50 bps Boost). Aborts trades that would breach.
Uses Flashbots Protect, MEV-Share, or private relays for large fills to avoid sandwich attacks.
For Boost CRV exposure, opens short perps on dYdX / Hyperliquid / Drift to neutralise delta when requested by Allocation.
Wraps Across, Wormhole, or LayerZero for cross-chain fills, optimising for speed × cost.
How it works
Step-by-step flow inside this engine — from input signals to handoff.
- 1Receive trade orders from Engine 04 (Rebalance).
- 2Quote all major aggregators in parallel; select best net-of-gas execution.
- 3Route through MEV-protected relay for large fills.
- 4For Boost: open or close delta-neutralising perp positions on the configured venue.
- 5Confirm on-chain fill, report executed price and slippage back to Engine 04.
